Nikola Đurišić is a Belgian guard/forward currently on the Atlanta Hawks roster. He was selected 43rd overall in the 2024 NBA Draft and acquired by Atlanta in a draft-night trade.
Standing about 6’8″ and 214 lbs, Đurišić offers a blend of size, versatility, and playmaking ability. Born in Ghent, Belgium, he emerged through the European system—playing for Mega Basket in Serbia—before transitioning to the NBA path.
Đurišić’s game is defined by his ability to handle the ball, see over defenses, attack closeouts, and defend multiple perimeter positions. While still young and developing, he showed promise in the G League and looks to translate that into increased impact at the NBA level. In his early career, he also faced adversity—in Summer League after being drafted, he fractured his left foot, which delayed his progress—but has since been working to return to full strength.
